MY PROFESSION IS A BANKER Essay „He and She”

He: Every day gets to work at a bank from a place about 80 km from Lviv. Having the expenses cut down this way, he gets homely home every night and supper ready. Another variant of building his career is unacceptable for him. Only in the big city he can show his abilities, even getting minimum payment.

She: Performs all her work diligently and in time. Suffers all the inconvenience and shortcomings at work and in labor conditions. Is afraid of changes in life and that’s why is not seeking a new job. At lunch always buys something out of confectionery products. Waiting for opening of the bank every day for half an hour on the street because of the train schedule.

He: Handsome, young, cheerful and married. Moved to a different city to work in a bank having left a young wife and parents. Lives in an apartment rented by the bank, gets a high salary, has a good leadership position. Gets home on weekends. Likes modern Ukrainian music, has a nice ringtone on his cell phone.

She: A loving wife and a good mother for her six year old son. Always serves customers with a smile. Likes to talk on various women’s topics. Always has a small mirror close to her, and looks in it often.

He: His brother belongs to the leadership of the bank. Feels very confidently at work, working hard but doesn’t like to sort out the banks papers beyond all day. Smiles often - has a beautiful smile. Likes to communicate with friends in ISQ.

She: Weighs 50 kg, lives in an apartment with a mistress. Brings lunch made by herself and warms it up in a microwave at work. She likes fish and small cacti. Dreams of having her own apartment or at least getting an apartment loan.

He: Every day opens and closes the branch of the bank. Lets in the first rays of the sun to the room by opening the jalousie and pulls down the "protective sail" for the night. Has higher education and can answer any question competently and with humor.

She: Dreamed to become a psychologist or work with children. Likes to buy small nosegays to decorate her workplace. Teaches new bank staff. Often speaks coquettishly with boys, searching a soul mate.

He: Works in a bank bite the bullet to get an entry in the work book that will confirm his experience during at least one year. Every day wears a business suit, although his personal style is radically different. He likes to play soccer.

She: Gets up at 6 o'clock every morning to go to work very pretty. Permanently adheres diet. Keeps up with fashions. Her boyfriend – her chief – her husband-to-be.

He: Excited much about the banking system and everything about it. Likes his job and dreams of becoming a real banker. He even made a tattoo on the right shoulder depicting two currencies : the U.S. dollar and the Ukrainian hryvnia.

She: Often stays at work in the evenings, to have opportunity to see him. She was sitting with the door to her room open so that he could see her from the hall. Direction assessed her diligence and raised her career position. Now she comes to and goes from work on time.

He, she, he, she…simple bank employees with their lives, their characters, their problems. He and she are daily worry, have a thin time and go to sleep with thoughts of work. He and She deal with large sums of money every day and do not possess them. He and She – clerks, not the bankers, although they have a banking profession. Young, beautiful, smart, funny – all the servants of the financial system. A Banker, only a person whose name is associated with the title of a bank, a person who owns or manages the bank can call himself using this great word. But unfortunately this is not He or She.
